The payments are to be made by bank transfer in €uros.
In order to respond quickly to booking requests and arrange seats, we require your registration forms and deposit (35%) within 15 days of your booking request.
If we do not receive your deposit we will assume that you have cancelled your seat and open it up to another person.
If the full payment is not made by the due date, that is 90 days before your departure, we will assume that you have cancelled your registration and your seat will be released.
If you cancel your seat, your deposit will not be refunded. However it will be available for a booking for the following year but only if we can resell your seat in the meantime.
If you cancel your heliskiing week 90 days or less before your departure, your deposit and the rest of the payment will be repaid only if your seat can be sold to another person.
If one member of your group cancels his/her seat, you can replace that member with another person. If you can’t find a replacement for that person, general terms & conditions will apply
